Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes. Our return policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

What are the standard shipping rates?

Within Germany: 5,99€ (up to 2 kg i.e 1 Nymph)

Within Europe: 8,89€ (up to 2 kg i.e 1 Nymph)

Rest of the World: 15,99€ (up to 2 kg i.e 1 Nymph)


How long does shipping take?
Depending on the distance of your location the time it takes normally to receive your item may vary from 7 – 14 business days from the date of shipping.

Shipping times are delayed due to Covid 19 and can take much longer than 7 – 14 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Order Processing

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Orders take one week to process normally. At present we are experiencing higher than usual order amounts and processing is taking up to two weeks.
